<p>It is better late than never in saying thank you or giving appreciation and gratitude to others. It is better to be late in completing one&#8217;s tasks than not at all. It is also better late than never to turn up for an important event.</p>
<p>But there are many things in life, including opportunities where when you are late, you are as good as not showing up because the opportunity is lost. And perhaps we reassure ourselves by saying, oh another opportunity will show up. Well, maybe it will and maybe it won&#8217;t.</p>
<p>I am not saying that one should live in regret for the rest of one&#8217;s life for not taking the opportunity. The point of this article is to share with you that one should maximize opportunities when they appear and not take them for granted.</p>
<p>Some things as simple as going for a movie and being late for it can cause you to miss the most important part of the movie. This can completely ruin the experience for you. Hearing it from someone else is just not the same. There are some things in which you just need to experience for yourself.</p>
<p>I know of someone who was given such a wonderful opportunity to grow her business. But she took the opportunity for granted and did not take action quickly. She thought that the opportunity would be there whenever she wanted it. That did not turn out there way she thought. The opportunity was lost. If she did take the opportunity when she was offered it, today she would have grown her business into a 6-figure income business instead she is still struggling to make ends meet.</p>
<p>Sometimes people just do not see that it is a good opportunity, even if you see it and believe in it and try to convince them of it. There are people who cannot see the way you do, and you know that they may regret not taking the opportunity you have offered but there is nothing you can do about it for them. By the time they realise it, it is too late for them.</p>
<p>Too many people also take too long to make decisions mostly because they do not trust themselves. They go around asking for advice from people who have no clue about the opportunity. I mean, would a person from the public sector be a good person to ask for advice if you are planning to open a new business? Knowing who to ask for guidance and advice is also important to help you to make the right decisions in life.</p>
<p>Besides not trusting their own decisions, sometimes people need a whole lot of information before they are ready to commit. They need to satisfy their mental body and would spend way too much time doing their research rather than take action. And then they go into inertia because they feel overwhelm by too much information. By the time they feel ready to take action it is really too late.</p>
<p>When it comes to building abundance many opportunities come but once, being late is as good as not being there at all.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Clients are often advised by their accountants to use directors&#8217; loan accounts as a device to help minimise their personal tax liabilities. However they only work when the directors are also shareholders and the company is making profits.</p>
<p>Essentially they involve the directors borrowing money from their company and drawing only a minimum salary through their company&#8217;s payroll. The directors&#8217; loan account is paid off by declaring a dividend. The mechanism is a legal way for directors to minimise their personal tax and it avoids having to pay employee and employer National Insurance contributions.</p>
<p>This may be fine when a company is profitable and things are going well, but it can become a problem if the company does not have sufficient profits as distributable reserves that can be used to clear the loan.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.rescue.co.uk/">Company rescue advisers</a> are coming across increasing numbers of companies that have not made a profit and where the loan cannot be cleared, leaving the directors effectively owing money to the company.</p>
<p>This can be a substantial and serious problem if the company is in difficulties and  hoping to reach a Time to Pay (TTP) agreement with HMRC to defer payment of corporation tax, PAYE or VAT.</p>
<p>HM Revenue and Customs normally stipulates that such loans are repaid as a pre-condition of approval.</p>
<p>Similarly, it can cause problems when proposing a <a href="http://www.rescue.co.uk/">Company Voluntary Arrangement (CVA) </a>or when a company becomes insolvent. </p>
<p>If an administrator or liquidator is appointed, they will most likely ask the director(s) to repay the loan borrowed from the company. Before approving a CVA, experienced creditors and in particular HMRC tend to demand repayment of the directors&#8217; loans.</p>
<p>It is rare that this downside is considers and it is generally forgotten that such attempts to reduce tax carry the risk of creating a huge personal liability. To avoid it, company rescue advisers recommend that such dividends are declared in advance so as to avoid a loan or at least regularly to avoid building up a huge directors loan account. This avoids the normal practice of waiting until long after year end when the annual accounts are prepared during which time the company may incur losses that mean dividends cannot subsequently be declared.</p>
<p>A further warning relates to any directors&#8217; loan account that is outstanding at the company year end and as such will be highlighted to HMRC in the accounts. Regardless of any intention to reduce the tax liability, tax legislation seeks to limit the benefit by imposing a section 455 CTA 2010 tax liability (under Corporation Tax Act 2010, formerly s419 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988). Although this tax can be recovered when the loan is subsequently repaid by the director, whether in cash or as a dividend, it triggers a significant tax liability on the company.</p>
<p>Countless examples come to mind but one in particular. A printing company had for several years been incurring losses and the directors in an attempt to preserve cash in the business had borrowed from the company to reduce cash flow by avoiding having to pay tax and national insurance. The company was eventually put into liquidation and the directors both had to declare themselves bankrupt because they could not repay their loans. If only they had taken advice or paid themselves a salary through the payroll, they could have avoided this, albeit the company may have owed more to HMRC. </p>
<p>In conclusion, director loan accounts are a clever way of legally reducing PAYE tax liabilities, however, it is important to consider the downside that they become a personal liability in the event of insolvency and a company tax liability if not paid by year end.</p>

<p>Good relations with your co-workers and your managers will not only help you but will make work more enjoyable. Every employee wants to be liked by other employees. If you treat people the way they want to be treated, they will like you. Some of us don&#8217;t know if what we do is objectionable to others. I am going to give you a list of things that attract other people to you and things they find objectionable: </p>
<p>Everybody enjoys being praised. </p>
<p>People look for approval of themselves in others. But you should praise people only when they deserve it. If you praise people when they don&#8217;t deserve it, or if you praise too much, you lose your credibility. Don&#8217;t exaggerate your praise. Make the praise as warm and sincere as you can.</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t Put People Down</p>
<p>Putting down a person can be very damaging to you and the other person&#8217;s relationship with you. People don&#8217;t want to feel degraded by being called stupid, crazy, weird, etc. Don&#8217;t put down anyone even if they are not present. If you do, the word will get back to them and you will look bad. Always talk positively about people. Even if you don&#8217;t like them, still speak highly of them&#8211;you will be amazed at what this does. If you must say something bad, don&#8217;t say anything at all. There is nothing wrong with caring and looking out for yourself. Just don&#8217;t make it noticeable to other people. You will be resented by other people if you seem selfish. Make sure others know you look out for them as well yourself.</p>
<p>Share The Credit</p>
<p>When others have helped you accomplish something, share the credit with them. Even if their contribution was not as great as yours, still share the credit with them. You will be surprised</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t Ask Others To Do For You What You Won&#8217;t Do For Them</p>
<p>If you are unwilling to go out of your way for people, don&#8217;t expect them to go out of their way for you. Set the first example&#8211;if you help them, they will help you.</p>
<p>Show Approval And Recognition</p>
<p>If someone helps you in any way, tell them how much you appreciate their actions. If you don&#8217;t, they may not help you again. This is what you should tell people when you show your appreciation: &#8220;I really appreciate the way you&#8230;&#8221;; &#8220;Thank you very much for&#8230;&#8221;; &#8220;You are very good at&#8230;&#8221;: &#8220;I really want to tell you how much I appreciated&#8230;&#8221;; &#8220;You were very nice to&#8230;&#8221; Don&#8217;t show too much approval and recognition or it will lose its credibility.</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t &#8220;Show Up&#8221; Others</p>
<p>When you &#8220;show up&#8221; others you do it at their expense. &#8220;Showing up&#8221; people in front of others takes away their self-respect. If you are better than others, they will know it&#8211;you don&#8217;t have to degrade them. If you criticise someone in front of others, they will always resent you. It is one of the most degrading things you can do. If you criticize someone, criticize them constructively and privately.</p>
<p>Care About People</p>
<p>Some things that seem small to you mean a great deal to others. Don&#8217;t ignore small problems; help people solve them. Treating small problems with importance shows other people you care. Everybody is concerned about themselves and it is important for them to have someone to care for them. They are touched when you care about them. Helping people cope with life makes people feel that you care about them.</p>
<p>Give People Your Undivided Attention</p>
<p>All people want to feel important. To make a person feel important you must give them your undivided attention when communicating with them. Get rid of all interruptions. Make sure you have good eye contact and that you are not playing with objects.</p>
<p>Be Courteous, Tactful, Polite, Confident and Diplomatic</p>
<p>Everyone appreciates people who are courteous, tactful, polite and diplomatic. The best way to learn these qualities is from others. Study someone you would like to be like and learn how they conducts themselves. If you don&#8217;t have confidence in yourself, others will not have confidence in you, either. People admire and respect confident people. If you show others doubt, they will treat you with doubt. Be sure of yourself and play down your insecurities.</p>
<p>In conclusion, getting a job can be very easy if you look for it the right way. Knowing exactly what you want and then going after it will always get you what you want. Be positive, determined and persistent so that you will benefit, be rewarded and prosper.</p>

<p>VoIP phone system is a quickly growing vision for many Internet users across the nations. In 1973, two computers on the same network implemented VoIP for the first time. In today&#8217;s standards, with growing broadband services and more capable hardware and software, VoIP has matured from walkie-talkie procedure to a staggering 400 million users by only one service in 2008. </p>
<p> A newcomer to this idea may wonder how exactly does this work? Well, just as voice has traveled over wires between phones for ages, it travels over the Internet just as well, with more ease of access now for the public. USB phones and microphones we install in our computers make this feat possible; along with new adapters for regular telephones, all of which transfer the digital information back into regular telephone signal so you may place calls. </p>
<p> There are many benefits across the board, for the average Joe to Mr. Business. Long distance companies for the most part incur outrageous fees for out of state calling, not to mention overseas calling. Popular additions to telephone balances include call waiting, forwarding, and caller id- these can all be included in VoIP programs. Automated attendants, call recording, and advanced conference calling are more advanced embellishments, all possibilities with the right carrier. </p>
