1. How much will my resume cost?

Every client has their own needs. While our pricing is competitive, if pricing is your sole deciding factor, we’re probably not the firm for you. 85% of new clients are referrals for 3 reasons: guaranteed satisfaction, 1-on-1 service, and unparalleled quality. For specifics, please submit your resume for a
FREE CRITIQUE.

2. What’s the process like?

Free Critique, Worksheets, Phone Consult. These three elements ensure resumes that offer the right amount of detail, tailored specifically for you. For more details, please refer to our
3 STEP PROCESS page.

3. What if I don’t have a resume at all?

No problem! Simply insert pertinent info within the worksheets we’ll send over, including: name, address, contact info, your title/position, field of current employment, and work history. We make it easy, and 1-on-1 support is always just a phone call away!

4. What if I’ve already had my resume done?

Are you satisfied with the response rate it’s been getting? If not, we can help. At Resume Orbit, we’ll improve on what you currently have, and offer a competitive quote for our services.

5. How much time will it take to receive my new resume?

Expect new documents quickly. Once we have the paperwork returned to us (see
3 STEP PROCESS) we typically return a draft within approx. 48 hours. The faster you respond to our request for information, the faster you’ll have your new resume.

6. Will my resume be 1,2, or 3 pages long?

Forget what you’ve heard: a 1-page resume is NOT the standard. Depending on experience and accomplishments, a typical resume can be anywhere from 1-3 pages in length. The main objective is attracting attention, not brevity. Again, this is determined solely on your needs.

7. Will I be dealing with an actual person?

YES. Your project will be managed by Anish Majumdar, Certified Professional Resume Writer and Founder of Resume Orbit. An expert in the field, he will be available to speak with you throughout the process.

8. 110% Satisfaction or Money Back Guarantee? What’s the catch?

No catch. Clients are entitled to as many revisions as necessary to create documents that surpass expectations. If you’re not satisfied, simply reach out to us within 1 month and we'll execute a re-write free-of-charge. Should you remain unsatisfied, we will gladly refund the full purchase price +10%, in the manner in which payment was originally received.

9. How are payments processed at Resume Orbit?

Payments are handled securely via Paypal Invoice (major cards accepted). Using industry-leading data encryption and 24/7 transaction monitoring, you can feel certain that your information will never be compromised.
